Kyosei (共生) – Japanese for living and working together to promote the common good

Responsibility affects us all
We are not just employees or employers. We are citizens in a direct democracy. This also means taking responsibility – through care work, voluntary work and civil society participation. We create time and space to live this out – through projects that connect people, enable participation and make concrete contributions to the common good.
Because tomorrow’s world of work will not emerge on its own. At cultivateX, we are helping to shape it – politically, entrepreneurially and charitably.
Initiatives that we
help shape or support

Tramstation Glattpark (2021 – 2023)
A place for socialising after work – open to everyone, regardless of profession or background. The summer bar at the Glattpark tram station brings together people from a wide variety of working and social backgrounds. A project that strengthens neighbourhood ties and connects perspectives.

Work as the key to participation
Anyone who wants to integrate into our society needs access to the world of work. We are committed to helping refugees find apprenticeships through coaching, matching and personal support. We believe that genuine integration is best achieved through work.
One Percent for the Planet.
One Percent for the People.
Commitment requires not only voluntary work, but also money. That is why we set aside 1% of our turnover and 1% of our profits for such projects every year. Over time, this generates financial resources for initiatives that are not directly related to our core business, but are essential to what we understand as good work.
Fancy making an impact together?
Society does not change on its own.
We welcome initiatives, enquiries, and collaborations.
